*If your organization requires flights and overnight stays, all flights and other travel expenses (including rental vehicle if needed) will be booked by CHANGED Movement and reimbursed by the hosting organization unless pre-arranged by both parties. Hotels may be booked by the host organization. If speakers are driving their personal vehicles, the hosting organization will reimburse speakers at $0.65 per mile. CHANGED accepts honoraria and will allow you to determine what you feel is an honorable offering for their services in ministry.
